Day Twenty-six: Joao Garcia arrives back in Base Camp Today, yet another typical rest day went by. A number of helicopters arrived, we believe with the Japanese Expedition and later in the afternoon, just before lunch, Joao Garcia arrived to base camp along with Piotr and Peter from Camp II. We spent the afternoon relaxing. Joao had his summit cake in the evening and showed me the photo of where he deposited my tent in Camp III. After this, we watched a movie on my computer (Julie and Julia) and then went to bed.
