Day Four: Free Day in Kathmandu Today, we woke up quite hung-over from the night before and headed to breakfast in Thamel. After this, we headed to the big supermarket and bought more food than we could possibly need for base camp (after Manaslu, better safe than sorry). After this, Mario and I headed out for our final Everest beers and had dinner at La Dolce Vida. We all got to bed at a reasonable time as we must get up at 4:30am tomorrow morning. |
